Our Executive Team
Mr. Salmon has a broad background in the environmental and infrastructure industries. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President for Gilbane Environmental, a division of Gilbane Building Company, an international construction firm. Prior to Gilbane, he served in various executive positions with TRC Companies, Inc. (TRR:NYSE), including as its President from 2008 to 2010, where he created their innovative environmental remediation program. He has a BA from Villanova University and a JD from Dickinson Law, Penn State University.
Mr. Lord has over 15 years of financial expertise. He oversees financial reporting, cash flow management, tax planning, risk management and financial goal setting for the company. Prior to joining Enviro Clean, Mr. Lord worked at Chesapeake Energy as the Senior Supervisor of accounting and financial reporting for Chesapeake Oilfield Services (COS). He has a BBA from the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in accounting and a minor in finance.
Bill Swain, P.E., PLS
Senior VP, Civil Engineering
Mr. Swain is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience on a wide variety of civil engineering projects. His project experience includes utility system design, stormwater/drainage design, water/wastewater treatment system design, roadway design, reservoir design, subdivision layout and platting, permitting, and master planning. He has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering both from the University of Oklahoma.
Laura Worthen Lodes, P.E.

Mrs. Worthen Lodes has over 16 years of specialized air quality permitting experience preparing Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) air permit applications, Title V permit applications, air permit applications and air dispersion modeling analyses for various industries, including oil and gas facilities, foundries, refineries, tire manufacturers, and power plants primarily in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Colorado. She has also prepared Toxic Release Inventories, annual air emission inventories, Risk Management Plans and TSCA reports for various industrial facilities. Additionally, she has reviewed operations for federal and state regulatory applicability including various MACT standards. Mrs. Worthen Lodes has extensively utilized various air dispersion models including AERMOD, SCREEN3, and AERSCREEN. She has also assisted with the SPCC program. Laura has served on the Oklahoma Air Quality Council since 2005. She has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering both from the University of Oklahoma.
Trey Whitley, P.E.
Mr. Whitley is a Licensed Professional Engineer with 25 years of consulting experience, beginning as a field environmental engineer and most recently acting as the Interim CEO for G2 Integrated Solutions. While at TRC Companies, Inc. he assisted his clients in monetizing discontinued operations, identifying “highest and best use” opportunities, characterizing liabilities and developing mitigation strategies to resolve them. Mr. Whitley has a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Houston.
Mr. Behymer has over 18 years of professional sales and marketing experience. His responsibilities include developing sales opportunities and implementing the marketing and branding effort for the company.
Steve Lemke, PLS, P.E.
Mr. Lemke is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental fields. He has had full project management and design responsibilities for municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects and has been a service provider and consultant for a wide range of project types and market sectors. He has Master Studies in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science Agronomy from Oklahoma State University.
Director of Operations, Field Services
Mr. Ausley has been a part of the Enviro Clean family for 10 years. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for Field Services overseeing all non-hazardous and hazardous waste projects. He has a BBA from Bethany College.
Director of Strategic Development
Mr. Shropshire leads the growth and expansion efforts of Enviro Clean. He has a broad base of experience in Corporate Finance including capital raising, financial planning, contract pricing, investor relations, and SEC reporting. He has a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
